Sitting just off the Skyway in Paradise, the Falcons View residence is a benchmark for what a focused local crew can deliver. From slab pour to final walk-through, the build wrapped in six and a half months without sacrificing finish quality.

Standard package includes a 9-panel solar array, high ceilings, natural stone countertops, hard-surface flooring throughout, mini-split AC, Energy Star windows and appliances, a whole-house fan, and custom interior and exterior paint colors — all selected with the homeowner.
